Additional Property Attributes

One source area of approximately 105 cubic yards of soil contaminated with chlorinated solvents adjacent to the building was previously excavated to and disposed of a licensed landfill.

Former Use: The subject property appeared as vacant or agricultural (row crop) land on the 1938 and 1950 aerial photos. The original industrial development of the property began in 1961. The building first appears on the 1964 aerial photo with additions in 1966, 1972, and 1984. Universal Vise & Tool was listed at the subject property address in directories from at least 1969 to 1990. Soil and groundwater collected during investigations at the subject property from 1994 to 2008 were generated and used as part of a few property transactions that occurred during that time. Operations during that time included machining by Parma Manufacturing and Hendrick Machine & Tool and non-destructive testing services by Janx. Ulrich Investments, LLC purchased the subject property on March 13, 2017
