Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the reconnaissance, the Property consisted of approximately 2.7 acres of land located near the southwest corner of the intersection of North Meridian Road and North Industrial Parkway. The Property is comprised of portions of two adjoining parcels of land. The eastern portion of the Property consisted of a grass-covered lot with a wooded area located along the southeast Property boundary. Remnants of a concrete sidewalk associated with a former residence was observed near the center of the grass covered area. The western portion of the Property consisted of an agricultural field. The Property is situated in a rolling area in the northeast portion of Mitchell, Indiana. The areas north of the Property were comprised of industrial, agricultural and residential developments, the areas to the east were comprised of agricultural and industrial developments, the areas to the south were comprised of agricultural and commercial developments and the areas to the west were comprised of agricultural and residential developments. North Industrial Parkway borders the Property to the north, North Meridian Road borders the Property to the east, wooded land and agricultural developments border the Property to the south and agricultural developments border the Property to the west.

Former Use: From 1946 to 2008, the eastern portion of the Property appeared as a grass-covered lawn associated with the northeast adjoining farm and the western portion appeared as an agricultural field. One outbuilding was depicted near the northeast corner of the Property and a driveway appeared to transverse the Property from south to north. In the 1998 and 2005 aerial photographs, several additional structures were present along the west edge of the grass-covered area. In 2010, due to the construction of the North Industrial Parkway, the former structures on the Property as well as the north-adjoining farm was razed. The eastern portion of the Property appeared as a grass-covered vacant lot with several trees. The western portion of the Property continued to be utilized as an agricultural field. This assessment has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions in connection with the Property except for the following: � The fill material from an unknown source
