Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property was developed in 1880 with the construction of a three-story, approximately 14,944 square-foot detached row building used as a social club and a two-story, approximately 3,006 square-foot apartment building. The Tuscarora Club occupied the three-story building from 1911 until 2007. The building was then utilized as a restaurant and banquet hall from 2008 to 2014. The building has been vacant since the end of 2014. The two-story apartment building was demolished in December 2017. The site was remediated and is being converted into a mixed use facility with event space on the first floor and residential units on the second and third floors.
