Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I assessment was performed at the property as a requirement for the state's Abandoned Gas Station (AGS) program. Geophysical survey indicates up to 6 USTs on site. Limited Phase 2 investigation identified releases to soil from petroleum VOC's, PAHs and TPH above BUSTR action levels. The city intends to submit a request for cleanup funding from the AGS program.

Former Use: According to property ownership records, city directories, historical aerial photographs, and historical Sanborn maps the Site was historically used as an automotive filling station and repair facility between approximately 1930 and 2006.
