Additional Property Attributes

A phase I, geophysical survey and asbestos survey were performed at the site. Phase I includes one IA/REC - former gas station and service station. A limited Phase II for release detection is underway in preparation for the Land Bank's application for the Abandoned Gas Station cleanup program.

Former Use: Historical documentation indicates that the area surrounding the Property supported a mix of agricultural, residential and heavy industrial use until the early 1960s. Based on research, the Property was used as a retail gas station and service station in the 1950s, 1960s and early 1970s and as Rasey's Restaurant in the 1960s and 1970s. The Property was also used for a residence during and following the commercial use Based on review of the historical documentation, the onsite auto operation did not continue past the 1970s. Based on city directories and research information, the Property was last occupied in 2009
