Additional Property Attributes

Property received NFA from DEQ in December 2016.

Former Use: Property was a former NAPA auto parts facility, which had unknown USTs from the 1950s. Property is being redeveloped into a brewery property. Site was investigated and USTs removed. Contamination found in soil and groundwater, but based on type of use were determined to be below risk levels. DEQ issued a NFA for the site and the site is currently under development.
