Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the first developed use of the subject property occurred prior to 1937 with a residential dwelling and associated garage toward the center of the property. The residential dwelling and garage were demolished between 1952 and 1957 when the current commercial building was constructed. The building was formerly a multi-tenant commercial building and was occupied by a pharmacy from at least 1956 until at least 1990, by an audio visual store from at least 1980 until at least 1987, by a deli from at least 1995 until at least 2002, and by a candy store from at least 2001 until at least 2009. The building is currently occupied by Simons Jewelry and Loan, which has occupied the entire building since 2011.
