Additional Property Attributes

The property was the subject of a limited Phase II including geophysical survey and release detection. Results indicate three USTs to the west of the onsite building and 1 possible UST to the east of the building. Levels of benzene, naphthalene, and EDB exceed their respective BUSTR action levels. The Land Bank received $100k cleanup funding from the state's Abandoned Gas Station program. Former Use: Site was historically used as an automotive filling and service from at least 1957 through approximately 1997. According to BUSTR, three 1,000-gallon gasoline USTs are present at the Site, but were last used in 1984. The automobile service station reportedly continued to operate until approximately 1997 when the Site was reportedly abandoned and has been vacant since.
