Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA completed in October 2017 per ASTM E1527-13 revealed RECs related primarily to off-site historical land uses (adjacent and nearby petroleum and solvent storage, use, handling) that had no associated assessment data available for review. A Phase II ESA completed in November 2017 revealed no soil or groundwater impacts associated with the identified RECs above regulatory cleanup criteria. As such, no additional assessment was recommended.
