Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Review of historical records documents that the subject property consisted of agricultural land traversed from east to west by an unpaved driveway from at least 1940 until at least 1967. By 1973, former agricultural uses appear to have ceased and the subject property consisted of disturbed land, which appears to have been associated with development activities in the subject property vicinity. The subject property was in the process of being cleared and graded in preparation for development by 1980 and was improved with the current building in 1986. City directory and regulatory records document that the subject property has been occupied by various office, commercial, and light industrial tenants since development
