Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Subject Site operated historically as a grain and coal storage facility from at least 1936 to around 1972. The Site also operated as a bulk fuel oil station from at least 1956 to about 1972, and as an auto shop from at least 1998 to present. The eastern parcels fronting Franklin Road had been residential in nature from at least 1936 until they were demolished beginning in 2010 through 2016. There are two residential houses along the southern edge of the property that were built during or before 1966. The Site has most recently been utilized as warehousing and storage and as an automotive repair facility (Dad�z Muffler). The Site is currently owned by the Smith Boring Trust and the Lawrence Community Development Corporation (CDC)
