Additional Property Attributes

Aptim Environmental & Infrastructure, Inc. (APTIM) completed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment ("ESA") of the property located at 802-804 Avenue N Cisco, Texas 76437 (site). The site consists of a rectangular shaped parcel comprised of a commercial structure, residence, and outbuildings occupying approximately 0.31 acres. The current on-site structures appeared as early as 1929. The Westfall Property Site was entered into the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Brownfields Site Assessment (BSA) program on August 7, 2017. Fieldwork was conducted at the site in accordance with RG-411, results indicated there are no releases subject to Petroleum Storage Tank (PST) action levels at the property. The TCEQ PST section provided a no further action letter on March 29, 2019. The TCEQ Brownfields Program has completed the requested assessments of the site and this concludes the participation of this site in the TCEQ BSA program. No further assessment is necessary and BSA No. G186 will be closed. The buildings have been demolished and the site is ready for redevelopment. Cisco DC is working on property transactions for future redevelopment interest and is currently the property owner.
