Former Use: The St. Philip's Expansion Brownfields Site (subject property) consists of an approximately 0.56 acre rectangular-shaped parcel, comprised of an undeveloped portion, a commercial strip center with two active tenants (Tax Service and an unnamed business/storage), a shed, and associated parking lot. The current on-site structures appeared as early as 1913, with the property history showing the presence of a historic drycleaning facility on a portion of the property and an adjacent historic gasoline station.
