Additional Property Attributes

Several piles of undocumented fill/waste were observed within wooded area. This material consisted of various types of trash which includes municipal waste, construction/demolition debris, used tires, brick, concrete and asphalt. The presence of historical dumping may pose an environmental concern for the Site. Potential COCs include VOCs, SVOCs, RCRA list of heavy metals, and TPH, including GRO and DRO.

Former Use: The Site is currently unoccupied, undeveloped land. The eastern portion of the Site consists of a low-lying wetland/pond, located west of the railroad tracks. A majority of the Site is covered by heavy vegetation. Several piles of residential-type waste were observed within the vegetated area located within the central and southern portions of the Site.
