Additional Property Attributes

The property is comprised of two separate parcels along West Laketon Avenue and separated by 5th Street. The total acreage of the property is 1.07 acres. The western parcel is developed with a commercial building that is currently a thrift store, with previous operations of automotive sales and service. The eastern parcel is currently an asphalt parking lot that was developed in 1978, prior to which was residential.

Former Use: The western parcel of the subject property was developed in 1951 from residential to commercial. The property was developed into an automotive sales and service operation. This operation continued to operate into the late 2000s. The building on this parcel is currently operated as a thrift store. The eastern parcel was redeveloped from residential in 1978 into an asphalt parking lot, which is also the current use of this parcel.
