Former Use: The site is located in the Northbank core of Downtown Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida. The site occupies approximately 1.17-acres of developed and undeveloped land comprised of four contiguous parcels consisting of Lots 1 through 5 on Block 50 of the Harts Map of Jacksonville. Parcel 1 is located at the physical address 341 West Duval Street and identified by the City of Jacksonville (COJ) Property Appraiser as Real Estate (RE) # 073802-1000. Parcel 1 is vacant land with gravel and ground vegetation. Parcel 2 is located at the physical address 404 North Julia Street and identified by the COJ Property Appraiser as RE # 073802-0000. Parcel 2 is developed with a three-story commercial building and vacant land with ground vegetation. The commercial building was constructed in 1926 and is approximately 33,750-square-feet in size. Parcel 3 is located at the physical address 330 West Church Street and identified by the COJ Property Appraiser as RE # 073803-0000. Parcel 4 is located at the physical address 320 West Church Street and identified by the COJ Property Appraiser as RE # 073805-0000. Parcel 3 and Parcel 4 are paved parking areas. The site is currently vacant with no operations. An automotive service facility operated on parcel 3 from the 1970s until the mid-1990s.
