Former Use: The site consists of approximately 0.11-acre of light industrial land located at 111 South Myrtle Avenue in Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida. The site is identified by Duval County Property Appraiser as RE#075428-0000. The site is currently vacant and undeveloped. Additional improvements to the site include a wooden fence and utilities. A dry cleaner historically operated on the site from the 1930s to 1950s. The site is included in the Jacksonville Ash Superfund Alternative Approach Site for municipal incinerator ash contamination. Historic occupants on the north adjoining property include an auto repair facility, laundry facility, and industrial rag manufacturing facility. A historic automotive repair facility operated on the west adjoining property.
