Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site consists of assessor parcel number 103-13-004F. The site has been vacant since at least 1997. However, historical aerial photographs show that various stains and piles of debris and some old foundations on the site between 1997 present. Anecdotal information is that the railroad previously disposed of petroleum waste in the drainage that runs from the tracks on the south, beneath 2nd Street into the adjoining neighborhood on the north. This oil ditch was a nuisance and dumping into it was reportedly unregulated by any government agency.
