Additional Property Attributes

Property was bought and is in the process of being leased.

Former Use: The Site was developed sometime in the 1920s with one, and later two, small automotive garages associated with a residence and small lumber operation west of the Site. In the late 1940s or early 1950s the garages were replaced with the current Site building. The building was used as a bus garage until 1969. Former Site occupants included White River Coach Lines, Inc., and Vermont Transit Bus. The Site was operated from 1969 to 2017 as a freight shipping and trucking company that transported United States mail under federal contract. Truck fueling, maintenance, and storage occurred at the Site until August 2017 when operations ceased.
