A Phase I ESA completed in 2016 revealed RECs associated with the subject site based on historical land use (fruit packing warehouse with documented petroleum storage - likely for heat); as well as off-site land uses with the potential to impact the subject site (adjacent auto repair facilities and adjacent former railroad). Phase II and Supplemental Phase II ESAs conducted in 2017 revealed limited impacts to soil and groundwater near the site's SE corner. The source of these impacts could not be identified. Former Use: Historical use included a fruit packing warehouse Cleanup activity funded by CFRPC (via subgrant and loan) resulted in a Site Rehabilitation Completion Order without conditions in December 2020.
