Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA conducted in 2016 revealed RECs associated with the site's historical use for auto repair and painting. A Phase II ESA conducted in 2017 included soil and groundwater assessment for the presence of VOCs, SVOCs, TRPH and the 4 RCRA metals. Laboratory analysis results revealed no impacts above regulatory cleanup criteria. As such, no additional assessment was recommended.

Former Use: Historical use included residential, with a portion of the site used as an auto repair and paint facility.
