Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA conducted in late 2015 revealed RECs associated with the property's historical use as a golf course, with a small portion of the site being the former location of a retail gas station. A Phase II ESA completed in January 2016 revealed a limited soil impact in a boring collected near an on-site storage shed; as well as a groundwater impact that was likely attributable to turbidity. A supplemental sampling event completed in March 2016 revealed no soil or groundwater impacts above regulatory cleanup criteria. As such, no additional assessment was recommended.
