Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA completed in December 2017 revealed RECs associated with site's former use (pesticide manufacturer), as well as adjacent concerns that included documented arsenic impacts to groundwater, and the historical presence of a diesel UST in close proximity to the subject site boundary. A Phase II ESA was started (QAPP completed and geophysical investigation commenced); but then cancelled by the site owner. No soil or groundwater samples were collected.

Former Use: Historical use included residential up until the 1950's; then used as a chemical laboratory from approximately 1955 - 1980.
