Additional Property Attributes

The site's previous agricultural use does come with a risk of petroleum contamination, thus meeting the federal definition for a brownfield. Sometimes ag properties like this have storage tanks on site, which come with the potential for a spill. For this particular site, the assessment did not find any evidence to warrant further investigation. The site is one of multiple parcels where a new 70,000 sf production facility was constructed by the Nature's Way health supplement company.

Former Use: The Property is currently for residential use and had been used for agricultural purposes before being developed. According to the owner/occupant Dale Ronsman, the home was built in 1953. The remainder of the Property consists of a driveway with access to Erie Road and landscaped area. A small detached garden shed is situated on the western half of the Property.
