Additional Property Attributes

Redevelopment was completed in 2020 with the construction of a three-story, 26,000 sf mixed-use building. The building includes first floor commercial space and interior parking with approximately 20 market-rate apartments on the second and third floors. The Property has historically included commercial buildings. A bar is believed to have operated at the site from the 1930s to the 1950s. Prior to that. a believed uses include printing, industrial, and/or animal processing. A drycleaner and gas station is believed to have operated on the south side of Main Street directly south of the Property. The downtown area of Green Bay is known to contain historic fill materials with low level contamination.
