Tract of land developed with a 9,378-square foot residential/multi-resident building.

Former Use: Based on review of the available historical information, the site property appears to have been developed with a residential/multi-resident building as early as 1910 based on the Oklahoma County Assessor�s information. 1910 is likely the year a separate residential structure was built. The residential structure was demolished in October of 2014. The current building was built in 1927 according to the National Register of Historic Places.
