Additional Property Attributes

The site is currently vacant land, but is located in a developed residential area with easy access to paved roads and utility service.

Former Use: As noted previously, the site parcels have physical addresses of 300, 304, 308, and 312 SW 10th Street. In the earliest available 1942 directory, each of the site parcels were listed with residential tenants except for 308 SW 10th (Lot 5 of Block 8) , which was shown as being vacant. Each of the subject site lots were shown with residential tenants in the available 1948 through 1968 directories. In the 1972 directory, 312 SW 10th Street (Lot 7 & 8) is listed as �no return�, but then all four site addresses are shown as being occupied by residential tenants in the subsequent directories through 1982. In the available 1987 directory, only 300 SW 10th is shown as being occupied by a residential tenant; 304-312 SW 10th are listed as being vacant. Only 304 SW 10th Street is listed as being occupied in the 1991 directory; the other addresses are listed as �no return� or vacant. In the 1996 and all subsequent directories, the site addresses have no listings.
