Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA completed in December 2017 per ASTM E1527-13 revealed RECs related to the site's historical land uses that included citrus groves and a golf driving range. A small portion of the site was historically residential (potential for heating oil tank due to rural nature of the area). A historical railroad was also located immediately-adjacent (south) to the subject site. A Phase II ESA completed in January 2018 found no impacts associated with these RECs in excess of regulatory cleanup criteria.

Former Use: Citrus groves, residential, golf driving range
