Additional Property Attributes

The property was utilized for an antique shop at the time of the site reconnaissance and consisted of one two-story building with basement. An interested buyer has indicated potential construction of low income apartments.

Former Use: The property is located in an area characterized by commercial land use. Available historical resources indicated that the property appeared to have been developed as residential land prior to 1915, and commercial land since 1915. Based on review of fire insurance maps, prior to 1915 the property had been occupied by a residential home. The current property building was constructed in 1927 and, had been occupied by a grocery store, a tailor service, a furniture store, an insurance store, and Goodwill Industries.
