Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources document land disturbances in the western portion of the property in 1940, which extended into the remainder of the property by 1949. Land disturbances were visible throughout the property until the 1970s, which is likely associated with documented regional landfilling operations. Additionally, a roadway was present in the southeastern portion from prior to 1940 until the 1970s. The property was redeveloped in 1981 with a portion of the current building, and an addition was constructed in 1983. The building was occupied by Thredco, a precision tooling company, from the time of construction until at least 2000. The building was converted into several tenant spaces in 2004, with an additional tenant space added in 2010. Occupants since 2004 have included engineering and professional offices, contractors, and a linen supply company. Additionally, the tenant space identified as 1717A was occupied by PrintMax, a commercial printing operation that utilized large quantities of inks, between 2010 and October 2017. However, based on the small scale of operations, relative short time period of operations, and the observed site conditions, the former printing operations have not been identified as a recognized environmental condition (REC).
