Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Standard and historical sources were able to document that the subject property was developed in 1954 with the current building on previously vacant land. The paved parking areas in the northern and central portions were constructed between 1957 and 1961, and the current paved storage lot to the south of the building was constructed between 1994 and 1997. Occupants of the subject property consisted of Nu-Store Fixture and Supply, a building supply store from at least 1957 until 1964; Accurate Roll and Engineering, a custom metal part fabrication business from 1966 until 1981; various woodworking and cabinet manufacturing businesses from 1983 until 2003; and Baltica Kitchen & Bath, a custom bath and kitchen supply store from 2005 until early 2018. The building has been utilized for building material and miscellaneous storage with no business operations since March 2018.
