2/28/18 Press Release: The high-end townhome development, which is to be called "The Saint Claire," would emphasize urban, modernist design. Thirteen of the 21 units are planned to be built on the north bank of Swan Creek.

Former Use: The site is currently occupied by one approximately 16,000-square foot warehouse building in the northwestern portion and one approximately 3,800-square foot garage building in the southeastern portion. The warehouse building is currently utilized as an art gallery, four apartment units, four storage areas, and three workshops consisting of artist and hobbyist automobile work. The garage building is utilized for storage. The majority of the exterior areas consist of gravel parking and grassy land.
