Additional Property Attributes

Parcel is primarily wetlands associated with a larger site.

Former Use: The 1.92 acre parcel is currently undeveloped and historically associated with a larger site that functioned as a sand and gravel mining operation. South Hunt Road runs along the northern Site boundary and South Martin Road runs along the eastern Site boundary. There are no structures onsite. To the north of the Site is Interstate 495 and South Hunt Street on which several commercial businesses are located, including the adjoining New England Sports Park and Eastern Propane and Oil. Along the northeastern and eastern boundary, the Site is surrounding by a mixed neighborhood on South Martin Road which includes Honk�s Martin Street Salvage business and multiple single family residences. An inactive landfill, the SCA Titcomb Pit, adjoins the Site to the northeast across South Martin Road. Along the southeastern, southern, and western boundary, the Site is surrounded by undeveloped land and residences. Another inactive landfill, SCA Disposal Services Landfill, is located 500 feet to the west of the Site.
