Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA completed in June 2017 per ASTM E1527-13 revealed no RECs in relation to the site. The Phase I ESA took into consideration recent assessment and source removal data on an adjacent property to the north. Asbestos found in the on-site structure met the definition of a Business Environmental Risk (not an REC)
