Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: From approximately 1920 until the mid-1990s, the property was the location of the Burch High School and Burch Jr. High School. Multiple buildings and building additions were used during this time. After closing, the property was sold by the Mingo County Board of Education to the City of Delbarton, and parts of existing buildings were utilized for multiple uses, including a senior citizen center, community recreational center, and storage area for city equipment and miscellaneous supplies. The site is currently vacant, with the exception of the former library building, used by the City of Delbarton for storage of equipment and miscellaneous supplies.
