Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site is currently utilized as an automobile storage lot by the adjoining auto repair facility to the northeast at Lot 6, (654 S 2nd Street). The majority of the Site has dirt, gravel and grass surface with a limited asphalt pad/paved area located at the southeast portion. Based on field measurements and plotting of the Site boundaries on aerial photographs, a portion of the concrete block enclosure at the adjoining Lot 6 property may be situated on or over the northeast Site property boundary line. According to the historic Sanborn Maps and aerial photographs, the Site was formerly improved with a single-family dwelling and detached stable structure from the 1800s through 1968 when the structures were removed. The Site has been utilized as a vehicle storage lot and auto repair area at various times from 1970 to the present by the adjoining, off-Site auto repair operations to the northeast and southwest.
