Additional Property Attributes

Former movie theater that has been purchased by a non-profit entity for restoration.

Former Use: Former movie theater since the 1940's that the City purchased after we conducted the Phase I.

All asbestos has been abated within the building. Majority of lead paint abated with remaining lead paint to be encapsulated.
