Additional Property Attributes

Former service station located in Richmond. Blighted property assessed (soil samples collected around and under the tank after it was removed) in March 2018 and final reporting in April. No contamination reported above Utah UST Program cleanup levels. Site closed April 30, 2018.

Former Use: The site is a former service station and was owned by various parties. Richmond City took ownership of the property in September 2017. A tank is present, which creates uncertainty relative to future development. The site has been inspected on various occasions and there is no known contamination. However, the presence of the tank and historical use is an impediment to redevelopment. A TBA is necessary to help remove the uncertainty.
