Additional Property Attributes

Standard and historical sources were able to document that the property consisted of agricultural land prior to 1937. Agricultural activities ceased between 1940 and 1949, and land disturbances were present throughout the subject property and nearby properties to the north, east, and south from at least 1949 until between 1966 and 1970. The subject property was vacant land until construction of the current building between 1971 and 1972. The subject property was occupied by Astro-Netics, Inc., an automotive and aircraft prototype manufacturer from at least 1973 until 1992; start-up companies from 1994 until 1995; and Lucent Kidder and Micco Enterprises, a custom conveyor belt assembly operation from at least 1996 until December 2017, when the building was vacated.
