Additional Property Attributes

Limited soil, ground water and soil vapor sampling was performed to determine if a petroleum release was present at the site and if any off-site concerns had impacted in the property. TPH and VOC in soil were detected primarily petroleum related (BTEX). Ground water met applicable unrestricted potable use standards. Soil vapor concentrations met acceptable thresholds for residential land use. The land bank plans to request funding from the state's Abandoned Gas Station program to complete closure and cleanup as needed.

Former Use: Historical documentation indicates that the Property was used for residential purposes until it was commercially developed in the mid-1960s. A retail Clark/AP gas station occupied the Property from 1969 through 2006. The Property has remained vacant since 2006.
