Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is improved with a one-story commercial building constructed in 1919. The front fa�e of the subject building is primarily brick. The building is currently occupied by Carquest Auto Parts Store. The Site is situated in a mixed commercial/residential area on the north side of Elwood, Indiana. According to information provided by the Madison County Assessor�s Office, the building at the Site was constructed in 1919. A Ford Automobile dealership operated at the Site for at least 70 years; however, the exact date the Ford dealership opened is unknown. The Ford dealership closed in 2008. After the dealership closed it was operated as a used car dealership and later as an automotive detailing business. The building was vacant for approximately 2 years before being acquired by the current owner in November of 2013. The current owner operates a Carquest Auto Parts Store at the Site.

Former Use: According to information provided by the Madison County Assessor�s Office the building at the Site was constructed in 1919.
