Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Standard and historical sources were able to document the subject property consisted of agricultural land prior to 1937. Agricultural activities ceased between 1940 and 1949, and land disturbances were present throughout the subject property and nearby properties from at least 1949 until between 1966 and 1970. The subject property was vacant land until construction of the current building in 1985. The subject building was originally constructed as a light industrial building in 1985, however, the building was never occupied, and was renovated into a commercial building in 1989. The subject property was occupied by various electronics and computer supply companies from at least 1991 to 2006; an automotive fabric company from 2001 to 2006; the central and southern portions of the building has been occupied by the current dialysis center since 1994; and the northern portion of the property was occupied by a phone directory company until January 2018 when tenant space was vacated.
