Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Review of standard and historical sources documented that the subject property was developed prior to 1940 for agricultural use. Agricultural activities ceased in the eastern portion by 1949 and in the western portion between 1957 and 1961 when the subject property was cleared for development. The subject property remained vacant land from that time until 1967 when the eastern portion of the current building was constructed, with additions constructed to the western portion at various times in 1968 and 1969. An ice skating rink was installed in the northwestern portion of the subject property in the late 2000s. The current building was occupied by DME Engineering (machine repair shop) from 1967 to 2000, Colonial Party and Event Rental from 2000 to January 2018, and has been vacant since January 2018.
