Redevelopment planning includes indoor storage operations.

Former Use: The Property consists of an irregular-shaped parcel of land encompassing 5.82-acres. The Property is located on the east side of North 15th Street. The Property is developed with an approximately 50,000 square foot industrial building (Property building) comprised of single-story and two-story areas that have been constructed through various stages of expansion. The 80 year-old Property building is constructed of masonry, brick, and/or wood on a concrete slab foundation. The north portion of the building includes a concrete basement. The remaining grounds consist of an asphalt paved parking lot located south and west of the Property building, and a concrete slab and demolition debris fill from a demolished structure on the east side of the Property building. Sanborn Maps depict the historical canning and food processing use on the Property as early as 1904. Past ownership includes Midwest Canning Corporation, California Packing Corporation (1935), Del Monte Corporation (1970), J. Pease Inc. (currrent).
