Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Review of standard and historical sources documented that the subject property was developed with the current eastern building (2010 Cole Street) in the 1950s, on previously vacant land, with portions of the building demolished in the early 2010s. The current western building (2006 Cole Street), was constructed in 1965, with an addition constructed in 1999. The eastern subject building was occupied by a solvent warehouse and chemical company from the mid-1950s to the early 2000s, various general warehouse, commercial, and office operations from the mid-2000s to 2017, and has been vacant since 2018. The western subject building was occupied by a post office from 1965 to at least 1969, various laboratory, manufacturing, chemical, and paint operations from at least 1974 to 1990, and has been occupied by the current construction company since at least 1998.
