Property Highlights

Building is scheduled for demolition once all asbestos is removed. Partial asbestos abatement completed on 8/15/2019. Universal waste removal completed on 05/08/2023. Asbestos completely removed from building on (in process).

Former Use: Building was originally built as a public school in 1903 with additions in 1930's and 1960's. Building most recently served as a wire harness assembly plant which is now closed and the building has reverted back to city ownership. The city plans to demolish the school building and redevelop the property.
