Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The 31.9 acre site is currently undeveloped and landlocked by other parcels that created the larger site. In the mid-1960s, the Site functioned as a sand and gravel mining operation to assist with the building of Interstate 495. Additionally, part of the property functioned as an auto salvage yard associated with the historical operations of the nearby and extant auto salvage business, Honks Martin Road Salvage. The onsite auto salvage yard ceased operation in the 1980s, while the sand and gravel mining operation continued until the 1990s. According to aerial photography, soil in the former location of the onsite auto salvage yard was excavated and removed from the Site as a part of mining operations. The Site has remained relatively unchanged since the 1990s.
