Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consists of a 0.8-acre parcel of land. The eastern portion of the property is currently developed with one retail structure occupied by Kelly�s Pawn, a storage container, and concrete parking/drive areas. There is also one UST in a grassy area to the west on the onsite retail structure. The western portion of the property currently consists of a fenced-in storage area, stormwater drainage ditch, and grassy areas. Historical aerial photographs, topographic maps, and city directories indicate that the subject property was occupied by a residence from at least 1938 to at least 1967 and a possible barn from at least 1976 to 1986. Historical aerial photographs, property records, and ADEM records indicate that the property was occupied by a car wash from 1986 to 2007 and vacant from 2007 to 2009. The western portion of the current structure on the subject property was redeveloped for use as a pawn shop in 2009. The eastern portion was added in 2011. The storage container on the property has been present since 2009 and Kelly�s Pawn has occupied the current structure on the property since 2016.
