Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA completed in early 2018 revealed RECs associated with historical land use that included gasoline retail sales (no auto service). A Phase II ESA completed in July 2018 revealed a limited impact above regulatory cleanup criteria (naphthalene in groundwater) likely associated with historical retail gas sales within the northwest corner of the site. Additional assessment has been recommended to confirm/delineate the dissolved-phase impact. In addition, the site owner may be eligible for State-funded assessment/cleanup via the Innocent Victim restoration program.
