Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I ESA completed in 2018 determined an off-site concern met the definition of an REC in relation to the subject site. REC is based solely on proximity to the subject site with no actual data indicating migrating impacts. In addition; the identified concern is not likely upgradient of the subject site parcel based on groundwater elevation data associated with nearby sites and USGS topographic data (i.e. low risk)
